“ Worth the long wait. Here’s what you need to know: We arrived at opening (11am) on a Wednesday in September 2024, there was already a huge line to get a ticket/reservation. Took us about 10 minutes to get to the front of the line to grab a ticket. You get a ticket number with QR code that opens up a Line chat. There you can click on a link to see which numbers are being called soon. The Line chat, website, everything is in Japanese though so we Google Translated everything. After your number is called (you’ll get a Line message) you have one hour (!) to show up. So we shopped at the nearby Ario mall while we waited. Our number was called around 2pm, so the wait ended up being around 3 hours. The sushi was great. High quality. Easy ordering with a tablet. The two types of uni / sea urchin were all sold out by this time though. So I imagine you may have to show up earlier than the 11am opening, wait 2-3 hours, just to get their uni. Bar and booth seating with planting of room for a stroller. If you found this review helpful please give it a thanks!! ”
“ Came monday at 2pm.. and waited 2 hours on quite a snowy day so it is insanely popular. The sign said 3 hours wait but got lucky it was only 2 hours. You can keep track of your spot in line on LINE app so download it. Many Japanese people I know recommend toriton. It was a nice experience, but the conveyor belt has no food on it, you just order on tablet and the chef will hand you the food made fresh to order. They had some rarer items like shirako and ankimo monkfish liver. Also ordered crab, medium fatty tuna, charred fatty salmon, fancy miso soup, ikura and others. About 12 plates in total came out to 3500円。 Very nice thick generous portions and very nice service. Overall recommend. ”
“ This is a very authentic sushi conveyor belt restaurant. It’s a bit outside the city, about a 20-minute walk from Sapporo Station. All the sushi was super fresh. We ordered a lot and finished everything—it was amazing! The quality was really good, and the food came out very fast. Really loved the thick hotate! First time seeing white version of wasabi. The kick was even more powerful than the normal green ones. We didn’t know it was so popular. When we arrived, there was a long queue. It’s better to use the LINE app to check your queue number. Instead of waiting in the cold, we walked to a sports shopping centre about 5 minutes away to stay warm. Even after going inside the restaurant, we still had to wait about 15 more minutes. We waited for 1.5hrs in total . I rated it as 4 star overall cause of the waiting time. But other than that the food is good! Ordering was very easy. There was an English menu and a tablet to order, which made everything simple ”
“ The wait time was long, maybe almost 2 hours but it was so worth it! The fish has amazing quality and the size of the pieces you get is huge! The rice is also perfectly cooked. Even the green tea is high quality and has a beautiful dark green color. The two of us at as much as we could and the bill did not hit 10,000 Yen! Good price too! ”
“ Arrived around 1744, got our ticket and waited till around 2000 for actual seating which was at the counter. Apparently you need to get there super early if you want get in. They stopped taking customers, only take out. Didn't take picture of the food, was hungry. Quick service at the counter and stalls. Drinks and food were good, some of sizes of the dishes were a bit larger than I'm used too in Tokyo. If you want wasabi ask for more. The touch screen request wasn't enough. Maguro, Kani, Crab Salad were my favorite. Wife’s and daughter dishes were tuna as well. Overall I give it a 4.6 did not enjoy the wait. ”
“ The wait times here are absolutely insane. Took a number at 18:48 on a Thursday night for 1 pax and was seated by 20:15. Had it been 2 pax or more, the wait could've been easily more than 2 hours. After a certain time, they would stop giving out numbers and you could only take away. I camped out at the Sapporo Drug Store across the street with a Pocari Sweat in hand, since I walked all the way from Sapporo Station ... Food was okay. I wasn't really blown away like many of the reviewers here, but I suppose the dishes weren't bad by any means. Probably wouldn't come back again given the wait time, but I can see why this place is popular with tourists looking for value-for-money sushi. You'll need Google Translate because a lot of the special dishes are still in Japanese even on English setting on the tablet. I appreciate the option to go with "half rice" for the more premium sushi, allows you to try a wider variety of dishes. ”
“ Best conveyor belt sushi in Japan IMHO!!! Spent $60 for 20 plus plates. Only drawback is the 90 minute wait- wish I knew the LINE App before we got there. The sushi is so fresh!!! Language barrier is no problem with the IPad to place your orders (4 languages option). Every dish we order were delicious. Will definitely look for this restaurant in Tokyo on our next visit. ”
“ The famous conveyer belt sushi restuarant in sapporo which is good as it reputation. My sushi were really delicious. We had otoro which was so fresh and good. The others were good too. The system was nice, ordered by tablet so avoid misunderstood. Service is excellent, fast and attentive. Kid friendly and lots of parking space in front of the shop ”
